Seeing as my Lissie needed a special outfit to be her very first new dress with me, and that I've always been very interested in the Pilgrim experiance, finding VF's lovely dress from The Beautiful Girlhood collection was like a dream come true and when it arrived so quickly, it was even better.

I wish that I had photos to show off but the dress itself is a lovely cranberry shade that suits my redhaired beauty to a T, the little cap is perfect and I'm highly impressed with the construction of the garment, with its soft velcro back, and lovely little buttons sewn against it and the perfect little linen apron.

The quality reminds me of and even surpasses some of the lovely PM dresses that my dolls have worn. Based on this outfit alone, I'll definitely be buying more of the dresses in the collection, there's a Dolley Madison dress that also appeals for Lissie and some other very cute items. Based on the prompt service and the quality of the other items I purchased(a package of lovely Plymouth Colony historical books) I would highly recomend the company to anyone searching for that special something.
